Low Negative Feedback This unit has been designed to have low distortion and wide bandwidth without high negative feedback. This further improves its dynamic accuracy.
Discrete Component Circuitry In order to achieve the above goals, all discrete electronic circuitry has been employed. No available integrated circuits could provide this high level of performance.
Sophisticated Electronic Protection Circuitry Harman Kardon's unique protection circuitry guards the amplifier from short circuit or damaged speakers and wires, without impairing sound quality by the use of current limiting or output relays.
Independent Remote Control The system remote of the HK 675 can control the amplifier and compatible Tuners, CD Players and CD Recorders.
A remote In jack of the 675 can be used with an remote IR receiver which allows the 675 to be placed in a cabinet behind closed doors allowing complete remote control of the system and and other components without distraction.

Description ADC 3001
The 3001 direct drive turntable is a completely manual turntable with the capability for mounting the ADC tonearms or other commercially available tonearms through the use of a universal type mounting hole.
The direct drive motor system is a DC brushless type, employing a Hall Effect Generator as a feedback speed control device.
The lab block laminated base is a solid block of high density Synergite milled out to accommodate drive, power and control systems.
Vibration isolation is provided through use of a mass-compliance system comprised of the turntable base and rubber isolator feet.

ADC ALT-1 tonearm:
Low cost version of the LMF-1 tonearm. Comes fitted with an aluminium arm tube (instead of carbon fibre) and detachable headshell.
Description
The optional stabiliser base ASL-1 provides additional mass to help stabilise lightweight turntable bases, thus establishing a firm foundation for mounting the ALT-1 arm.
The ASL-1 replaces the nut normally used to secure the arm to the turntable base.
Special lead wires (CD4W) are required for CD-4 systems. They are also useful to audiophiles whose preamplifiers have a large input capacitance.
The removable head (LMH-1) allows the audiophile whose tastes require alternative phono cartridges to make premounted changes in seconds.
